1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck222c ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of all services provided at ck222c.app, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and all associated features and promotional offerings.

ck222c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will display a prominent notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the ck222c platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ck222c Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms issued for a specific bonus or offer, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that offer only.

1.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms and conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and ck222c with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are drafted and published in English. In the event that any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall always take precedence in the case of any inconsistency or dispute.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the ck222c platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of our services:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ck222c enforces a strict 18+ policy and will request identity documentation to verify your age during the KYC process.
• You are accessing ck222c from a jurisdiction where online betting and gambling are not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of ck222c is lawful in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the ck222c platform or any related platform operated by ck222c.
• You have not previously had a ck222c account closed, suspended, or terminated by us for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of any of the above, of ck222c or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or software providers.

2.1 Age Verification

ck222c employs a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) age and identity verification process. All players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawing funds exceeding a specified threshold, or at any time upon request by ck222c. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

Where ck222c discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, ck222c will immediately suspend the account, conduct a full review of all transactions made on that account, and withhold all funds pending the outcome of that review. Winnings generated by an underage account may be forfeited in their entirety.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the ck222c platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. ck222c uses technical and manual checks to identify multiple accounts linked to the same individual. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and balances may be merged, reduced, or forfeited at ck222c's discretion, particularly where bonus funds have been claimed across multiple accounts.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of ck222c services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you must register a valid account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration you will be asked to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
• Date of birth (to confirm you are aged 18 or above)
• Valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh (used for SMS OTP two-factor authentication)
• A unique username and a strong password of your own choosing
• Preferred deposit currency (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳)

You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. ck222c is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to provide accurate registration information. Any material inaccuracy discovered in your registration details may result in account suspension pending verification.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck222c Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ck222c will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ck222c support immediately at [email protected].

ck222c offers SMS OTP two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended and may become mandatory for high-value accounts. ck222c accepts no liability for losses incurred due to unauthorised access to an account where 2FA was available but not enabled by the player.

3.3 Account Currency

All ck222c accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits, bonuses, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are recorded and processed in Taka. No currency conversion is applied. Players depositing via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay will see their mobile wallet balance reduced by the exact Taka amount of their deposit, with no hidden charges or conversion fees applied by ck222c.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ck222c accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and ৳500 for bank transfers. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level and are displayed in the deposit section of your account.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly, typically completing within 60 seconds of your payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during normal business hours. All deposit processing times are subject to the operational status of the relevant third-party payment provider. ck222c is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, mobile network operators, or banking infrastructure beyond our control.

ck222c does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own standard transaction fees. ck222c has no control over third-party payment fees and is not responsible for them. You should review your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Before your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, ck222c may request KYC documentation including a copy of your National ID Card (NID) and a recent screenshot of your mobile wallet account showing your registered number. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is required for the protection of all players on the platform. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

4.3 Responsible Use of Funds

Players are solely responsible for ensuring they deposit and wager only funds they can afford to lose. ck222c does not extend credit to any player under any circumstances. Betting on credit is not permitted. All wagers must be placed from a positive account balance funded by a valid deposit. ck222c encourages all players to set deposit limits in their account settings to help manage their spending in line with their personal financial circumstances.

5. Betting Rules & Wagering

All bets placed on the ck222c sportsbook and casino are subject to the rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for that sport or market.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the ck222c system and a bet reference number has been issued to the player. Bets that have not been confirmed — for example, due to a network interruption, system error, or odds change during the bet placement process — are not valid and will not be settled. ck222c reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason.

5.2 Odds and Prices

Odds displayed on the ck222c platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. In live in-play betting markets, odds fluctuate rapidly in response to on-field events and may change between the moment you select an odds price and the moment your bet is submitted. If odds change during the submission process, you will be notified and given the opportunity to accept the new odds or cancel your bet. ck222c uses decimal odds format as standard for all markets.

5.3 Voided and Cancelled Bets

ck222c reserves the right to void, cancel, or amend any bet in the following circumstances: (a) a market is suspended and a bet is placed in error during the suspension window; (b) a material error in the odds was published due to a technical fault or human error and the correct market odds were significantly different; (c) the event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or abandoned before completion; (d) the result of the event is overturned by the relevant sporting authority after settlement. In all such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's ck222c account balance.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

ck222c imposes maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits vary by sport, market type, and account level and are displayed within the relevant betting market. Any winnings calculated above the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit. ck222c is not liable to pay any amount exceeding the stated maximum payout for a given market or event.

5.5 Casino and RNG Games

All slot, crash game, and RNG-based casino games on ck222c use certified random number generators that have been independently verified for fairness and unpredictability. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results, bet size, player history, or any other external factor. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published within the game information panel inside each game lobby. Live casino games are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, whose own game rules and standards apply to those games.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms issued with each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must be wagered to a cumulative total of ৳10,000 before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, ck222c reserves the right to void all bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds, and to close the account involved.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players using the ck222c platform agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where unlawful conduct is suspected.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at any stage of registration, verification, or while using ck222c services.
• Money Laundering: Using the ck222c platform for the purpose of laundering proceeds of crime. ck222c operates a comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance programme and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game.
• Arbitrage and Match Fixing: Placing bets on the basis of insider knowledge, match-fixing arrangements, or systematic arbitrage strategies designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies in a manner inconsistent with recreational betting.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your mobile wallet provider or bank in respect of a valid deposit made to your ck222c account. Any such chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other technology designed to place bets or play games on the ck222c platform without direct manual human input.
• Hacking and System Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the ck222c platform, its databases, servers, or associated infrastructure; introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code; or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform in any way.
• Underage Access: Accessing or attempting to access ck222c services if you are under the age of 18, or facilitating access by any person under the age of 18.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

ck222c reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements (including age and jurisdiction requirements)
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder
• A request from a recognised responsible gaming authority or law enforcement body

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their ck222c account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, ck222c will process the closure within 3 business days. Any remaining balance in the account (excluding pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method. 8.2 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ck222c may notify the account holder by email prior to imposing an inactivity fee or closing an inactive account. Any applicable inactivity administration fee will be disclosed to you in the notification and will not exceed a reasonable monthly administrative charge as specified in the notification. The remaining balance after any such deduction will be safeguarded and returned to you upon request at any time. Reactivation of an inactive account is possible by contacting ck222c support.

8.3 Disputed Decisions

If you believe that ck222c has taken an action with respect to your account in error — including a disputed bet settlement, a bonus voiding decision, or an account suspension — you may submit a formal complaint by contacting our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". ck222c will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a final response within 14 calendar days. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly, transparently, and in accordance with these Terms.
